Attended the ABI Detroit Consumer Bankruptcy Seminar. Presented on Advanced Tax Issues in Bankruptcy.
I am pleased to have re-launched the firm, after several years of providing quality service to corporations, Trustees and local law firms as both an employee and a contract service provider. Over the past seven years I have been involved in the resolution of bankruptcy claims for the largest retail bankruptcy ever filed. I have also worked as a staff attorney, on a temporary basis, for several Detroit Chapter 13 bankruptcy Trustees. I have also spent several years representing both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy cases in the Eastern District of Michigan bankruptcy courts. I look forward to serving your legal needs.
